hello there, I am Marwan. I was walking over the dike and in front of the governement building I saw this fine peace of art. The maker isn't published, so I couldn't see who made it. Also it does not say when it was made. It shows a man where a big kind of blanket has been blown against him. Probably it means that the guy was isolated from the world by someone.
